What's Covered

Manufacturer Defects

Structural or mechanical failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

Installed Equipment

Dock levelers, seals, shelters, restraints, and other equipment installed by or in coordination with our team.

Parts & Components

Replacement parts sold through our catalog carry the manufacturer's original warranty terms, honored through us.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation by a third party, misuse, or lack of routine maintenance is not covered. Freight damage should be reported separately under our shipping damage claims process within 48 hours of delivery.

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We'll ask for photos or a short video to help diagnose the problem.
  3. If it's a covered defect, we'll coordinate a replacement part, repair, or manufacturer service call at no cost to you.
